Aluminum-Magnesium Alloy Composite Diaphragm
The CHU III features a 10mm high-performance dynamic driver with an aluminum-magnesium alloy composite diaphragm. Light, rigid, and fast-responding, it keeps distortion in check while extending high-frequency performance, resulting in clear detail with a natural, balanced presentation.
Precision Brass CNC Acoustic Nozzle
A dedicated brass CNC-machined nozzle plays a key role in the acoustic structure. Its high-density material and precision manufacturing help minimize acoustic volume errors and control treble standing waves, contributing to cleaner treble reproduction and more consistent performance.
Scientific Acoustic Tuning
MoonDrop applies its established, science-driven tuning approach, combining advanced acoustic measurement with carefully controlled subjective evaluation. The CHU III is tuned toward the HRTF-based PopAvg-DF (JM-1) target, delivering extended treble, dimensional imaging, and a smooth, natural tonal balance.
Durable Alloy Casting Cavity
The housing is made using an advanced alloy casting process for a rigid, durable structure with a refined metallic finish. A protective coating adds corrosion resistance, while the metal build gives the earphones a premium feel and reliable everyday durability.
Universal Detachable Cable
The CHU III uses a universal 0.78mm 2-pin detachable cable interface, so the stock cable can be replaced or upgraded as needed. The standardized connector is also compatible with a wide range of Bluetooth neckbands and TWS ear-hooks for added flexibility.
Lightweight Design in Two Finishes
Staying true to the CHU series' minimalist design language, the CHU III comes in Silver and Black. Its compact alloy build combines a clean look with everyday durability, making it a comfortable companion for daily listening.
