1DD+4BA Hybrid Driver Configuration

Kiwi Ears Stardust features a 1-dynamic and 4-balanced-armature hybrid driver architecture, tailored for diverse usage scenarios. The custom 10 mm PU+LCP composite diaphragm dynamic driver handles the bass and low midrange, combining the high rigidity of the LCP dome with the stability of the PU foundation to deliver an impactful, clean and deeply engaging low end. Meanwhile, four dedicated balanced armature drivers manage the high and ultra-high frequency output, reproducing a precise, natural and monitor-grade tonality with thick, transparent vocals and exceptional stage presence, delivering a balanced and well-layered sound profile for musicians, audiophiles and gamers alike.

Natural Tuning Philosophy

The Stardust is tuned to be natural, balancing the fine line between musicality and neutrality. The sub-bass is tuned to a respectful 8 dB level, focusing on tactile thump and engaging presence. The bass and midrange are engineered to be warm-neutral, featuring a mild lushness while maintaining neutral imaging and layering. The treble is calculated to match the ear's pinna perception, providing crisp articulation to vocals and instruments, with a smooth decay curve that delivers the necessary detail retrieval while staying pleasant to the ear.

Perfect for All Audiences

The Stardust's balanced tone and natural sound make it well suited to a wide range of listeners. Professional musicians and engineers benefit from its monitor-like accuracy and precision, audiophiles enjoy its musicality and natural tonality, and gamers appreciate its immersive, life-like sound.

Ergonomic Fit and Light Construction

The Stardust units are individually hand assembled, measured and paired to ensure a premium user experience. The shells are constructed from a light yet durable resin, while the faceplates feature anodized aerospace-grade aluminum alloy frames with a unique Stardust print embedded and finished into the surface. With a comfortable shape that seals into the ear, the Stardust is built for extended, fatigue-free listening.

Detachable Cable Design for Personalized Listening

The Stardust comes with a detachable 2-pin cable system, allowing users to customize their listening experience and extend the IEM's longevity. The cable is a lightweight silver litz oxygen-free copper design arranged in a two-core construction, well suited for use on stage, on the commute and while gaming.
