One of the smallest planar headphones

The combination of the latest generation of square planar units and custom-made and movable coils, meets a design optimised for low resistance. Through computer simulations and multiple fine-tuning by experienced acoustic engineers, both the planar unit and the custom-made moving coil are perfectly electronically separated in frequency. This results in an extremely transparent and clear sound.

High ergonomics and harmonious sound image

Once again, great importance was attached to a perfect fit. Here, too, computer-aided simulations help to find the optimal fit for the average ear. In addition, the balanced interior reduces acoustic resonance and positively influences the sound image. A harmonious blend of clearly separated lows, mids and highs are combined in the TinHiFi C5.

Aluminium for durability

Aluminium, used in aviation, was chosen as the material for the cabinet. This results in a very high durability and a very low weight of only 4.41 g per side. For this purpose, the housing is milled in several steps with a 5-axis CNC and finally polished and anodised. This gives the surface a good protection and the desired look is achieved.

Copper cable silver-plated and transparent sheathed

The supplied cable is made of copper and has been silver-plated. In total, this cable consists of 4 strands, which are made up of 296 wires. The transparent coating not only protects against damage and looks good, but also prevents knotting. Due to the 2-pin design, another cable can be inserted at any time with a few simple steps.
