Topping DX7 Pro DACOnly the best is good enough: the Shanling DX7 pro uses the ESS DAC ES9038PRO chip with 32-bit hyperstream architecture. This chip offers an absolutely clean signal-to-noise ratio and a lower degree of distortion - which is why it is the DAC of choice for precise, rich and more faithful sound reproduction. Logically, this DAC also handles all current Lossy and Lossless formats.

If you want to use the DX7Pro as a pure DAC - for example on a large home system - you can select the direct DAC output mode. Fully balanced amplifier architecture for excellent headphone performance

The DX7 Pro's circuitry is fully balanced. Therefore, the analogue section contains two TPA6112A2 amplifiers - one per channel. This gives the DX7Pro a clean analogue output stage with enough power for most headphones. Wireless? Of course! But with Bluetooth 5.0 and aptX HD / LDAC, please.

Topping DX7 Pro BluetoothThe Topping DX7Pro uses the CSR8675 chipset and thus supports Bluetooth 5.0 and the LDAC/AAC/SBC/APTX/APX LL/APTX HD protocols. On the rear are inputs for USB-B (XMOS), SPDIF, coaxial, I2S, AES/EBU and a screwable Bluetooth antenna. On the output side, the DX7 Pro offers balanced XLR and unbalanced RCA connectors on its rear panel. The headphone outputs are located on the front: Balanced headphones are connected either via the 4.4 mm jack or a 4-pin XLR socket. Of course, there is also a 6.35 mm connection.
