One diaphragm, many layers - Made from ultra-thin graphene

Graphene, the "wonder material" from science. In the iBasso IT00, several layers of these carbon atoms arranged in honeycomb form are superimposed as a lattice. In a total thickness of 5μm. For comparison: a human hair is 60 μm thick on average.

The special feature - apart from the ultra-thin layer itself - is that graphene is up to 100x more stable than steel. Thus, the low moving mass results in an incredible speed and, at the same time, perfect damping properties due to the structure and stability. Distortions therefore have no chance.

The two earphones weigh 8 grams each (without cable). That's about as much as a high-quality sheet of paper (DIN A4 format). This means they have earned the attribute "light".
